Its been a long time coming but indie youngsters Theme Park are back with surprise new single 'You Are Real' and have hinted for a second time that they are to follow up their 2013 debut with a new LP. Taking their foot off the pedal for a few years seems to have allowed the chirpy trio to reboot, and the energy and excitement of being back in the studio is palpable on the new offering. Working with electro-pop peer Fryars, the new material is as sunny as ever, with their trademark falsettos blending with drum machines and synthetic beats. Channeling Metronomy, the band do sound more mature as they show more complex songwriting than ever before: we're fully onboard.
